Students in Kentlake Music (choir, band or orchestra) programs can choose to participate in select fundraisers or activities which allow them to bank funds that can be used to pay for Kentlake Music student expenses. Examples of student expenses are clothing, accompanists, or trip fees which are paid to Kentlake.

A list of the balances in each student's account is maintained by the Music Committee and distributed to the Music Directors. When the student wishes to use funds a transfer form is filled out and turned in to their Music Director for forwarding to the Music Committee. Click here for the Transfer Funds form.

If a student is leaving the music program, they can request their funds be transferred to a sibling or other student. After leaving the program, if no transfer request is received the money is given to the Music Program for use by the directors. Any questions about balances or procedures on Music Student accounts should be sent to the Music Treasurer.
